Product description
Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH 1-44) carrying a trans-3-hexenoyl modification at the N-terminus, a change described in the literature as improving resistance to enzymatic degradation relative to native GHRH. Pepper Labs supplies 10 mg per sealed vial as a white lyophilised powder, released at not less than 99% purity by HPLC with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. Vials are filled and stoppered under inert gas and dispatched with insulated cold-chain packaging Australia wide.
Research context
Literature on tesamorelin centres on GHRH receptor binding, pituitary secretagogue signalling pathways and pulsatile release characterisation in laboratory models. Supplied strictly as an analytical reference material - no therapeutic or performance claim is made or implied.
