We verify incoming lots independently rather than relying on the paperwork we are handed. We store lyophilised material at -20°C in a monitored environment and rotate stock by lot number. And we keep our catalogue deliberately tight, because a short list of fully documented compounds is worth more to a researcher than a long list of unverified ones.

Being Australian-based matters practically. Orders are dispatched domestically, priced in Australian dollars, and delivered on local freight timeframes without customs exposure or unpredictable temperature excursions in transit. Our support runs on WhatsApp, so you talk to a person who can look up your lot number rather than a ticket queue.

We are equally clear about what we are not. Pepper Labs is a research supply company. Everything we sell is a laboratory reference material for in-vitro work. We do not advise on human use, we do not publish protocols, and we decline any request that treats our catalogue as a pharmacy. That boundary protects our customers, our suppliers and the integrity of the work being done with our material.
