All products supplied by Pepper Labs are sold strictly as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research and analytical use only. They are not medicines, not food, not cosmetics and not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no therapeutic claim is made or implied.

By placing an order you confirm that the materials will be used exclusively for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research or analytical reference purposes, in a controlled environment, by a person competent to handle them.

Age restriction (18+)

Access to this website and the purchase of any product requires that you are at least 18 years of age. By confirming the age gate on entry you represent that this is true.

We reserve the right to request verification and to refuse or cancel any order where we believe this condition is not met.

No medical or dosing advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical or scientific advice. Pepper Labs does not publish or supply dosing schedules, administration routes, cycles or protocols, and our staff are instructed to decline such requests.

If you require health advice, consult a qualified Australian medical practitioner. Our products are not a substitute for medical care and must never be administered to humans or animals.

Terms of sale

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed by our team.

Orders are currently finalised over WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a binding contract; a sale is formed only when we confirm stock, freight and payment and you complete payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect the intended use is unlawful or unsafe.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within Australia using tracked courier or postal services in insulated, discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Freight costs are quoted at order confirmation.

Risk passes to the buyer on dispatch. Where a delivery is delayed or damaged in transit we will assist with the carrier claim, but transit times are outside our control.

Returns and non-conformance

Because these are sealed laboratory materials with cold-chain requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials, or of correctly supplied product that is no longer required.

If a vial arrives damaged, or the material does not conform to the certificate of analysis for its lot, contact us within seven days of delivery with the lot number and photographs. Verified non-conformance will be replaced or refunded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepper Labs is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from the use, misuse, storage or handling of products purchased from this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The buyer accepts full responsibility for compliance with all applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation, and with any institutional or ethical requirements that apply to their work.

Privacy

We collect only the information required to process and dispatch an order and to respond to enquiries: name, contact details, delivery location and order history. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Order records are retained for accounting and traceability purposes. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold by emailing us.

Intellectual property

All branding, product photography, written descriptions and site design are the property of Pepper Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.
