All orders are packed and dispatched domestically within Australia, so nothing crosses a border and there are no customs delays or import charges for Australian buyers.

Every lot is released at 99% or higher purity, verified by HPLC chromatography with mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. Where relevant we also review endotoxin and residual solvent screening before a lot enters the catalogue.

Do you supply a certificate of analysis?

Yes. Every vial carries a lot number and a matching certificate of analysis is held on file. Message us on WhatsApp or email with the product name and lot number and we will send the analytical package for that exact lot.

No. We do not publish, supply or discuss dosing schedules, administration routes, cycles or protocols, and requests of that nature are declined. Our team can only assist with product identity, purity documentation, storage, reconstitution of reference material and shipping.

Sealed lyophilised vials are stable for extended periods at -20°C and should be moved to a freezer on arrival. Keep vials away from light and repeated temperature cycling, and record the lot number in your own laboratory log alongside the certificate of analysis.

Contact us within seven days of delivery with the lot number and photographs. Verified damage in transit or non-conformance against the certificate of analysis for that lot is replaced or refunded. Opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned.

Yes. We supply institutional and commercial laboratories across Australia and can provide lot-level documentation, itemised invoices and purchase-order references for procurement records.
