Product description
CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin is a co-formulated research vial containing 5 mg of CJC-1295 (a modified GHRH 1-29 analogue) and 5 mg of Ipamorelin (a pentapeptide, selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor agonist). The two compounds act on complementary pathways: CJC-1295 extends the amplitude and duration of endogenous growth hormone pulses, while Ipamorelin triggers pulsatile release with minimal effect on cortisol or prolactin in published preclinical models. The blend is widely used in laboratory work examining somatotropic axis regulation, IGF-1 signalling and pulsatility kinetics.
Research context
Investigated in vitro and in animal models for growth hormone pulse amplitude, IGF-1 response curves, receptor desensitisation and comparative selectivity against non-selective secretagogues.

Reconstitution notes
Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water down the vial wall, swirl gently until fully dissolved. Do not shake or vortex.
